Michael Rahimi is an Associate Partner at HealthScape Advisors, a Chartis company. Michael provides strategic advisory services to leading payers, health systems, private equity investors, and their platform companies. Michael has significant expertise in transaction diligence, enterprise strategy and growth planning, mergers and acquisitions, partnership development, economic alignment, and value-based care.
Before joining HealthScape, Michael was VP of Strategy at UnitedLex Digital (a CVC Capital company), a global data and professional services firm focused on legal innovation through advanced technology. Prior to ULXD, he was a Senior Director in PwC’s Healthcare practice.
Michael is passionate about advancing health equity through healthcare innovation and is a Board Certified Fellow (FACHE) of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Michael holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
