J’Neil Bogren is a Senior Consultant with Chartis. She brings more than 25 years of consulting healthcare experience and 10 years of experience as a Masters-Prepared Registered Nurse to the firm. J’Neil’s expertise is in the areas of quality, regulatory, and accreditation.
J’Neil specializes in redesigning processes necessary to align organizational practice with regulatory requirements, including project management, change management, and data analytics. She has served as the lead project coordinator on short-term, as well as complex engagements, defining and instituting safe, efficient, and sustainable processes that support the journey to a highly reliable healthcare system.
In addition, J’Neil is a member of the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) where she participates in the advancement of nationally recognized quality initiatives.
Prior to joining the firm, J’Neil was the Director of Quality and Regulatory Compliance for a full-service medical center consisting of three hospitals and seven clinics. She also developed a comprehensive quality program supporting a new construction/greenfield hospital. In this role, J’Neil ensured the medical center’s successful State Licensing and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) accreditation.
J’Neil received her Master of Science in nursing and a Master of Science in healthcare administration from the University of Phoenix. She is also a registered nurse with a background in critical care, emergency services/trauma, burn management, and perioperative and transplant services.
