Jeff Keegan is an Associate Partner at HealthScape Advisors, a Chartis company. Jeff has 10+ years of consulting experience with HealthScape across a variety of provider and payer clients; including health plans, healthcare focused government contractors, specialty healthcare providers, and hospital systems. His consulting experience has included strategic planning, financial modeling and analytics, value-based program planning, business expansion and new business implementations, and network development.
Jeff has worked on a variety of accounting and financial review projects with HealthScape in order to assist clients with financial planning, developing business cases, and pro formas for expansions and partnerships. Other project examples have included cost accounting simplification to support organizational restructuring, IT allocation methodology review, medical loss ratio reporting, and quality improvement documentation and reporting.
He also has experience serving as a program manager across large-scale transformational programs such as new business implementations, business migrations (dental), network development for federal contractors; including experience working with outside network vendors to complete network requirements for RFP, and end-to-end evaluation of capabilities, inclusive of RFI/RFP development and new vendor evaluations.
Jeff graduated from University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana with a Bachelor and Masters of Accounting and is a certified public accountant (active).
