Hayley Seeber is an Associate Partner at HealthScape Advisors, a Chartis company. Hayley has over seven years of healthcare consulting experience, supporting a wide array of clients including commercial health plans, specialty health organizations, government payers, as well as healthcare investors.
Throughout her career, Hayley has assisted clients in many diverse offerings including strategic planning and execution, operational and performance improvement, business due diligence, new market entry execution, project management, and organizational model transformation.
On the health plan side recently, Hayley assisted a regional health plan in the successful submission of a state Medicaid bid. As part of this, she led the overarching proposal management, solution development, oversaw all technical writing, and supported the client in the compliance review and submission of the response.
On the specialty side, Hayley recently supported a large dental plan in the current state evaluation of their dental network, inclusive of evaluation of current network contractual arrangements, discount competitiveness, and evaluation of stacking optimization opportunities.
Hayley attended Indiana University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance.
