Frank Venus is an Engagement Manager at Chartis in the Payer Advisory practice. He has over five years of healthcare consulting experience, working with clients ranging from regional health networks to national health plans. Frank’s experience has primarily focused on strategic advisory, payment integrity, and provider data governance.
Frank’s most recent engagement includes developing a scalable Social Determinants of Health strategy for a national managed care organization, as well as aiding in execution of the pilot program focused on supportive housing for members experiencing homelessness. This work included performing targeted analysis to identify appropriate program candidates, identifying a sustainable funding plan, and designing operational tactics for client stakeholders.
Prior to Chartis, Frank was previously a Manager with crankfrog, a top healthcare advisory services firm, before it joined Chartis in 2022. Frank also held advisory positions at Cloudmed providing revenue cycle consulting to numerous health networks and health systems, as well as Cotiviti providing payment integrity services for national health plans focused on the coordination of benefit errors. Frank’s early healthcare background includes work in medical documentation in clinical settings alongside physicians.
In addition, Frank serves as a board member for a local public charity focused on advocating for mental health awareness through community engagement, resource education, and fundraising for local initiatives.
Frank received his Bachelor of Science in neuroscience from Pennsylvania State University.
