Crystal Ki Redebaugh is an Associate Partner with Chartis and has healthcare experience across clinical, financial, and operational performance improvement. For nearly a decade, she has advised clients in the areas of patient throughput, system capacity management, and EHR optimization.
Crystal assists mid-size to large health systems ($1B-$10B Net Patient Revenue) across the US to improve the value of their health services by managing rising costs, improving and hardwiring efficiencies in clinical and operational workflows, and driving patient throughput to increase patient care quality.
Crystal received her Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Masters in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, and Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Crystal also serves as a Summer Accelerator professor at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics and teaches Epidemiology to rising 10th-12th graders to help introduce the field of public health to high schoolers. She previously served on the Board of Women in Healthcare, a non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C.
