Brian Dineen is an Associate Partner at HealthScape Advisors, a Chartis company. Brian has extensive experience advising clients across the entire care continuum on clinical and operational transformation. He ensures client success by uncovering business opportunities and developing strategies to improve efficiencies, quality outcomes, patient/member experience, and financial margins.
He has expertise in strategic planning, operating model design, clinical integration, care coordination, and clinical and financial analytics. His experience helps provide a unique perspective combining clinical and financial expertise to solve client challenges and provide the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
Throughout his career Brian has assisted clients with developing innovative solutions to thrive in the rapidly changing Healthcare environment. Some of the engagements he has led include clinical operating model transformation, capability assessments, growth and integration strategies, change management, clinical and operational process improvement, and evaluation of market and competitive landscapes.
Prior to joining HealthScape, Brian worked in KPMG’s healthcare advisory practice providing services to healthcare payers, providers, and government programs.
Brian earned his MS in Clinical Nutrition at New York University and BBA in Finance from Loyola University in Maryland.
