At Chartis, Ashley has developed regional growth strategies and market-share, service-line, inpatient-volume, and bed-capacity projections to inform hospital and ambulatory investment decisions. She has also designed operating models and governance structures for academic medical center integrations and developed financial, workforce, and implementation models for Hospital at Home programs. Her broader experience includes health equity analytics, payer-provider partnership assessment, community health investment modeling, and perioperative operational improvement.
Prior to joining Chartis, Ashley was a Project Lead in Finance & Information Technology at NewYork-Presbyterian, where she developed enterprise Tableau reporting and led cross-functional planning for laboratory and financial management initiatives. She previously worked in Operations Transformation at Grant Thornton, where she conducted commercial due diligence and developed financial and operational models for pharmaceutical and supply chain clients.
Ashley received her Master of Public Administration in Health Management & Policy from New York University's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Florida Atlantic University, with a minor in International Business.
