Today, The Chartis Group, a leading provider of comprehensive advisory services and analytics to the healthcare industry, announced that Sri Mani recently re-joined the firm as a Director in the Strategy and Private Equity Advisory practices.

Mani’s career spans more than two decades, having advised healthcare services companies as an investment banker and a management consultant. His expertise includes hospitals and health systems, independent and provider-owned health plans, and physician groups, as well as pre- and post-acute segments of healthcare delivery.
Prior to joining The Chartis Group, Mani was a Vice President in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division advising boards and leadership on their most pressing strategic initiatives. Transaction experience includes mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, joint ventures, partnerships, royalty monetization, and credit/rating agency strategy. In addition, he advised on capital market transactions including taxable and tax-exempt bond offerings as well as derivative transactions.

Prior to his career at Goldman Sachs, Mani was an engagement manager at The Chartis Group. While at The Chartis Group he evaluated M&A opportunities and worked on enterprise and service line strategy assignments and operational improvement engagements.
Mani has a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago.
