Attention Job Seekers

Be Vigilant About Fraud and Protect Your Information

Increasingly, cybercriminals are hoping to defraud job seekers by using company names, logos, and other information to create fraudulent job postings to solicit personal financial information.

Please be advised that Chartis will never ask for personal financial information, such as bank accounts or social security numbers, during the application or interview process. We will never require candidates to purchase their own equipment or ask for payment to apply.

All legitimate job openings are posted on Chartis’ website and job boards. Communication regarding employment opportunities will come from official company email addresses, ending in @chartis.com.

If you encounter suspicious activity or communication claiming to be from Chartis, please do not respond or provide personal financial information. Instead, report the incident to us immediately at fraud@chartis.com. We will work diligently to investigate and address any instances of fraud.
