Tina is known for her strategic approach to process redesign, project management, and organizational planning, helping healthcare clients optimize their operations and meet complex regulatory requirements. She has successfully guided healthcare organizations in opening new acute and behavioral health facilities, conducted survey readiness assessments, and led hospitals through document control software implementations and policy management initiatives. In addition to her work with hospitals, Tina has provided invaluable support to residential treatment centers, rural health centers, and federally qualified health centers throughout their accreditation processes. Her experience also extends to providing regulatory compliance webinars for over 500 hospitals, ensuring that organizations stay up to date with ever-evolving healthcare standards. Tina’s comprehensive background and leadership in clinical transformation have made her a trusted partner in improving healthcare delivery and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Chartis, Tina has held various executive leadership roles in risk management, quality and performance improvement, regulatory accreditation, and corporate compliance throughout her career. With a solid foundation in critical care, behavioral health, and emergency medicine early in her professional journey, she brings diverse clinical and administrative expertise to her work. Additionally, Tina has significant experience in post-marketing surveillance of cardiac biomarkers, further strengthening her knowledge in healthcare quality and patient safety. As the founder of RHACQ Solutions, LLC., Tina specializes in offering program coaching, strategic planning, and consultation to healthcare organizations. She provides valuable support during the initial stages of organizational openings and ensures ongoing readiness for regulatory surveys. Tina has shared her expertise widely through whitepapers and blogs, particularly on the importance of policy management. She published the well-regarded Guidance for Developing an Effective & Compliant Document Control Practice in Healthcare Organizations and has served as a guest speaker at the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management, where she presented an educational webinar. Her work has earned recognition, including awards for excellence in post-marketing surveillance and quality improvement.
