Kristen Hill is an Associate Principal in the Chartis Revenue Cycle Transformation practice. She is a revenue cycle subject matter expert and results-oriented program manager with over 16 years of progressive experience in leading revenue cycle operations and directing revenue cycle information technology projects in healthcare environments. In addition to her full scope Revenue Cycle expertise, Kristen has a strong track record of working with Cerner clients at various stages of design, implementation, and optimization. While Kristen has led a number of Cerner implementation engagements, she has also completed several recent optimization projects focused on scheduling and access center, charge capture & revenue integrity, and business office workflow improvement. Kristen’s approach to project leadership includes working side-by-side with executives and operators to create action plans that drive sustainable financial results, increase capacity, and improve the patient experience.
Prior to joining Chartis, Kristen was a Senior Manager and Director of Strategic Services at Accenture where she was responsible for initiating and leading their strategic revenue cycle engagements. Kristen helped numerous customers at the intersection of revenue cycle and technology system implementations and optimizations through strategic initiatives to improve revenue cycle operations and financial performance. She was also responsible for multiple innovation initiatives including the launch of a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) service line.
In addition, Kristen serves as a board member for the Young Professional Advisory Board for St. Mary’s/Good Samaritan Hospital.
Kristen received her Bachelor of Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology.
