Elizabeth Pezza is a Consultant with Chartis with over five years of strategy and consulting experience. At Chartis, she has advised leading academic medical center and integrated delivery system clients on population health capability building, partnership strategy, merger and acquisition evaluation, and post-merger integration.
Prior to joining Chartis, Elizabeth served in consulting and in-house strategy and operations roles. She spent two years working on the strategy and business operations team at a tech startup, helping it grow from a $150M valuation to a $1B valuation. She was previously a consultant with The Monitor Group and Monitor Deloitte, where she focused on growth and customer strategy.
Elizabeth completed a dual degree program in business and design innovation, earning her Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Science in Design Innovation from Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in sociology and economics from Harvard University.
