
Chris Geer is an Associate Partner in Financial Transformation. He is a results-driven healthcare professional with over fifteen years of healthcare provider and consulting experience working with hospitals ranging from small community hospitals to large academic medical centers.
Chris collaborates with staff and stakeholders at all levels to redesign processes, streamline business operations, increase efficiency, and improve margins. He specializes in labor management and productivity and has led enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives, including performance benchmarking; position review process development and infrastructure; time-keeping; expense reduction; Workday, Kronos and other technology implementation and adoption; and system integration. Most recent experience includes workforce performance management, shared-service deployment, healthcare operations, technology implementation and adoption, and system integration. Chris has led performance improvement projects in corporate services departments leading to as much as 20-30% in workforce improvement savings through process improvement and shared service deployment.
Prior to joining Chartis, Chris was a Managing Consultant at BRG|PRISM.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Marketing from Mercyhurst University and his Master of Business Administration from St. John Fisher University.
