Greg Benton is a Director and leader of The Chartis Group’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Practice. Mr. Benton leads Chartis’ ERP software and technical implementation partnerships, alliances, and advisory practice, leveraging his extensive experience in healthcare service delivery and executive leadership roles.
Mr. Benton brings more than 20 years of experience delivering high-value people, process, and technology solutions for organizations seeking to transform and measurably improve business process automation and unify EHR and ERP data across the healthcare enterprise. His expertise includes healthcare operations strategy, ERP software/platform selection, solutions architecture, implementation, and interoperability.
Mr. Benton is a nationally recognized advisor in ERP transformation programs – he has helped guide more than 50 healthcare organizations in selection and implementation of enterprise operations solutions that deliver measurable process improvement, EHR and ERP systems integration, and real-time data and reporting capabilities, while reducing costs and improving patient care delivery. His experience includes developing early phase enterprise software hosting, cloud computing, ERP cloud solutions, and managed service delivery.
Prior to joining Chartis, Mr. Benton served as the National Director of Healthcare Advisory Services, ERP, for a global systems integrator. He received a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University.
