Beth Price is a Director with The Chartis Group. She is a leader in the Chartis Oncology Solutions practice and has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare. She advises healthcare clients on driving, developing and refining growth and competitive strategies, margin and cost performance improvements, and helps organizations evolve operating models.
Her experience is focused on serving and leading organizations that span the healthcare continuum, including community, non-profit and for-profit provider/hospital systems, faith-based providers, academic medical centers, physician practices, health insurers and clinical trial research organizations.
Prior to joining The Chartis Group, Ms. Price served in leadership positions both in consulting and at healthcare provider organizations. She led the creation of the Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI) for HCA and as their Chief Operating Officer scaled the operations of the company during its initial four years. Ms. Price also served as the CEO and Executive Director of the National Cancer Institute designated Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Most recently, she served as a Vice President with North Highland Consulting, where she focused on strategic development, implementation and operational improvement engagements and led the Nashville office.
Her board contributions include the Nashville Chamber of Commerce Vital Signs, National Cancer Center Network (NCCN) and the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Treatment Center in Franklin, TN, as well as the Gateway-Vanderbilt Cancer Treatment Center in Clarksville, TN.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University in Boston, MA and an undergraduate degree in health information management from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. Beth is also a Registered Health Information Management Administrator.
