Jonathan Liu is an Engagement Manager at The Chartis Group with over 10 years of experience in healthcare consulting. His areas of expertise include optimizing ambulatory practice operations, patient access and throughput, care team models, and contact centers.
Mr. Liu has extensive experience leading clients through successful change while driving meaningful operational and financial performance improvement. His recent engagements have focused on access redesign for a leading cancer center, inpatient LOS management, post-merger clinical integration, and provider compensation redesign.
Prior to joining The Chartis Group, Mr. Liu was a manager at Huron where he led patient access optimization projects with large academic medical centers. This encompassed optimizing scheduling workflows in patient contact centers, implementing scheduling questionnaires and decision trees, building access dashboards, and redesigning provider/resource scheduling templates.
Mr. Liu received his Master of Health Sciences in healthcare finance and management from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in biology from the Johns Hopkins University. He completed his healthcare administrative fellowship at the Johns Hopkins Health System.
