Bonny Chattopadhyay is an Engagement Manager with The Chartis Group whose career in healthcare consulting spans over ten years specializing in health system process improvement, provider operations & strategy, and provider-based analytics.
Prior to joining The Chartis Group, Mr. Chattopadhyay was a Director at FTI Consulting where he led multiple process improvement projects to guide FTI clients through transformation efforts by using effective change management strategies and achieve over $5M in cost savings, resulting in improved staff & patient satisfaction scores and quality of care.
Prior to joining FTI, Mr. Chattopadhyay worked for IMS Health and the Advisory Board Company for four years combined, leading implementations and product management of multiple provider and payer solutions. Mr. Chattopadhyay designed analytical models and established policies and procedures for large data sets including prescription and medical claims, hospital procedures, disease categories and provider directory data. He also led client facing design and implementation strategy of provider-based Business Intelligence solutions for service line growth, physician alignment and financial cost reductions.
Mr. Chattopadhyay holds a Master’s degree in information systems from University of Cincinnati with a focus on information systems and business administration and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from University of Pune in India.
