Keith Dickey is a Principal with The Chartis Group. He has more than 18 years of experience providing strategic and financial advisory services to a broad range of healthcare organizations including: integrated delivery systems, academic medical centers, hospitals, provider-sponsored managed care organizations, senior care facilities, clinical laboratories and medical equipment companies. Mr. Dickey's areas of focus are: enterprise and service line strategies, strategic capital planning, valuations, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and financial advisory services for public and private capital markets transactions (debt and equity).
Before joining The Chartis Group, Mr. Dickey worked as a healthcare investment banker. He was the Chief Knowledge Officer at Shattuck Hammond Partners where he later served as a Principal, and was a Senior Healthcare Investment Banker at the successor firms of Morgan Keegan & Company, and Raymond James and Associates. Mr. Dickey also worked as a consultant at APM Management Consultants where he focused on health system strategy and hospital operations re-engineering.
Mr. Dickey holds a doctorate in philosophy and a Master of Arts in classical archaeology from Bryn Mawr College. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College where he graduated magna cum laude. In 1987, Mr. Dickey was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to Greece.
