Cindy Lee is a Director with The Chartis Group and leader in the Strategy practice. Ms. Lee has advised some of the nation’s preeminent academic medical centers, children’s hospitals and integrated delivery systems for more than 18 years. The lead partner on the west coast, Ms. Lee focuses on developing organizational strategies to support value-based payment models such as go-to-market strategies and population health infrastructure development across multi-party ventures and single system networks. In addition, Ms. Lee had led engagements in the areas of affiliations/partnerships, enterprise strategic planning, organizational alignment and economic alignment/funds flow.
Before joining The Chartis Group, Ms. Lee was a Director at Stockamp & Associates, Inc. (now part of Huron Consulting), a national healthcare consulting firm focused on revenue improvement and patient flow solutions, where she spearheaded the development of a revenue improvement solution for large academic medical centers and medical groups. Prior to that, she was a consultant at CSC Healthcare and its predecessor, APM Management Consultants. Ms. Lee has authored and been featured in numerous articles and webcasts including: “Leading the Conversation: New Channels for Provider Contracting”; “Consortium Model Networks: Evaluating the Potential of Collaboration”; “Points to Consider: The Next Generation ACO”; and “Delivering Value through Post-Acute Care.”
Ms. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Economics from Northwestern University.
