Stephanie Hines is an Engagement Manager with The Chartis Group. She serves as The Chartis Group’s Performance Practice Manager, focused on helping healthcare delivery organizations transform their systems of care to sustainably improve clinical performance and succeed in the transition to value. In this role, Ms. Hines supports the advancement of performance solutions, including the care delivery capabilities and next generation care models necessary to deliver superior outcomes, lower cost of care, enhance patient engagement, and improve access to care services and information across the continuum. Ms. Hines provides overall management of the practice and plays a key role in development of the practice’s intellectual property and thought leadership, along with coordination of sales and marketing efforts.
In her consulting experience, Ms. Hines has worked with leading academic medical centers and health systems to help them achieve their operational and strategic goals. She has managed and supported engagements in the areas of acute care transformation, care management, ambulatory access, perioperative services redesign, funds flow and strategic partnership development.
Before joining The Chartis Group, Ms. Hines consulted with an orthopedic surgical center in England where her work focused on patient throughput and capacity management. She also worked on operations improvement and strategic planning initiatives as a Business Process Consultant for a leading Auto, Home & Life Insurance Company.
Ms. Hines holds a Master of Science in operational research from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Purdue University.
